Mouthguards
HDL Custom Sports Mouthguards are constructed from a Latex free Ethelyne Vinyl Acetate (EVA) material with the patients name and a CE mark on the palatal aspect as standard. Each mouthguard comes with a carry case and care instructions.
HDL Custom Sports Mouthguards are available in the following thicknesses, dependant on the type of activity the patient is involved in.
- Light 2-3mm
- Medium 3-4mm
- Heavy 4-5mm
Customisation
Our standard mouthguard comes in a single colour from a range of 35 vibrant colours. However, we also offer Striped mouthguards with up to 5 stripes and Harlequin mouthguards with up to 4 different colours. Use our mouthguard stripe configurator to help your patient choose the design of their new mouthguard.

- The colour codes and names will show below the mouthguard. Please use these on your work ticket / prescription.

For the patriotic patient, HDL mouthguards are also available in a Union Jack design, whilst a logo of the patient's choice can also be incorporated in to the labial aspect of our mouthguards (space dependant).
