Hard Ortho Retainer
A thin clear thermoformed retainer constructed in either 0.5mm or 0.75mm thickness and fits over the entire arch of teeth. The HDL Ortho Retainer is used to maintain the position of teeth post orthodontic treatment.
Studies have shown that pressure formed retainers are more cost effective, less likely to be broken and preferred by patients over conventional Hawley retainers. HDL Ortho Retainers are also more aesthetically pleasing and do not lose adjustment in comparison to a Hawley retainer.
