HDL Periodontal trays are used to deliver medicament locally to areas where periodontal pockets are present. The trays are constructed from the same material as the HDL whitening trays, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate. The trays are 0.75mm in thickness with a 0.5mm reservoir along the buccal/labial gingival margin. More often than not the periodontal tray is a short-term, minimally invasive, non-surgical gum disease treatment.
